Does being in the queue guarantee I'll be able to use my coupon?

Not necessarily. The queue only manages how many people can access the site at once. Coupons and products have their own stock and validity, and they can run out while you're waiting in line. This system only guarantees your place in line, not the availability of a specific promotion.

Do I need to refresh the page to see my spot in the queue?

No need! The queue counter updates automatically as the people ahead of you are let through. You don't have to refresh the page manually to see updates in this tab. Just be careful to keep the browser open while you wait: if you close it, you'll lose your spot in the queue.

When it's my turn, how much time will I have to browse the store?
