Forget everything you know about first-person shooters: Void Bastards puts you in charge, it's not just point and shoot. Your mission is to lead the scum of Void Bastards out of the Sargasso Nebula. The decisions are yours: where to go, what to do and who to fight. Then you just need to execute the plan facing strange and terrible enemies.

Aboard derelict ships you plan your mission, writing down a sketch of the ship, what dangers and enemies you might encounter, and which terminals and other ship systems you can use to your advantage.

Carefully navigate dangerous ships, scavenging for supplies and manipulating control systems. React to the unexpected - will you take a detour to the generator to restore power, or will you fight your way to the security module to disable the ship's defenses? Choose wisely when to fight, when to run and when to be just an idiot.

The Void Bastards campaign has 12 to 15 hours of gameplay, which you can complete with an infinite supply of customers, each with their own unique attributes. When one dies, another appears to follow the fight. But don't worry, because all crafting progress is kept from one to the other.
