On the night of the fall of the Berlin Wall, a young woman plunges headlong into a parallel dimension to find her missing co-worker who disappeared under mysterious circumstances. While the checkpoints in East Berlin are still being overrun by mobs of people, Nora escapes this world, into unknown layers of time and an unknown destination.

Berlin, November 9, 1989. The streets are full of people. Thousands of cars cross German internal borders after four decades of separation. The wall has fallen and the government still doesn't quite understand what is happening. At the same time, a man disappears inside a research center near East Berlin. This is none other than his co-worker, Walter, whose message came too late. Driving to his office you find police officers destroying evidence of his research project. During your search for Walter you will be taken to the center of the building's facilities, to the heart of the universe, where time seems to stand still. When will the curtain open? In the course of your search, horrible things and your sense of responsibility will make you delve deeper and deeper into a strange, but at the same time, familiar world.
