E5 Brigade: New Jagged Union is a tactical game that puts players in the small tropical nation of Palinero on the brink of civil war. The mission: hire a group of mercenaries and take control of the situation before the country finds itself in complete ruin.

The story offers players the opportunity to experience three different points of view of the conflict or to craft the political framework to achieve their own goals in the global arena. The game for the title is based on an innovative combat system called SPM (Smart Pause Mode) that successfully combines real-time and turn-based games.
