Somewhere near Remagen, Germany

We have just taken the bridge at Remagen – we secured a breach they never imagined possible. Speed was our ally. The day was cold, thankfully without snow, yet our breath still formed clouds in the biting air. And still, we moved into action, outflanked their Pak 40 positions with our Shermans, secured the eastern bank with a barrage from 75 mm M1 howitzers, and pushed forward before they could react.

Everything was set to blow – but we moved too fast. They had no time. It was not a matter of firepower, but of precision at exactly the right moment. Planning. Discipline. Every move mattered, and we made it to the other side! This may well be the beginning of the end of this terrible war.
