THE GAME:

Ivalice— a kingdom blessed by the light of the gods and ruled by the Two-headed Lion. One year after their defeat to Ordallia in the Fifty Years' War, the king succumbed to illness, leaving only a two-year-old boy to ascend the throne.

Whoever was appointed as regent would wield the true power, and so emerged two rival candidates: Dukes Goltanna and Larg, whose deeds during the war had brought them great acclaim. Goltanna, the Black Lion, and Larg, the White Lion, were fated to clash, and the ensuing conflict would be known as the War of the Lions.

Within this setting, we meet Ramza, the third son of House Beoulve, one of the prominent military families of Ivalice, and his childhood friend Delita, a commoner raised among nobles. As they strive to navigate their path through this tumultuous era, an unseen force pulls them ever closer to the brink.

With over 20 Jobs – including White Mage, Black Mage, Dragoon, among many others from the FINAL FANTASY series – and hundreds of skills to master, you have the freedom to experiment and discover the combinations that work best for your team. Chocobos and other creatures can also be tamed and participate in battles.

Two Versions: Enhanced and Classic

• With improved graphics, fully voiced dialogue, and refined gameplay, the enhanced version offers the ideal way to immerse yourself in the world of Ivalice. Accompanied by dedicated adjustments of numerous features and battle mechanics, the inclusion of the more accessible "Squire" difficulty mode makes this version an excellent starting point for new players.
