The Tyrant arrived in Tyberia promising a paradise, without wars, without suffering... and without deaths. All the Tyberians needed to do to enter this paradise was simply die at the hands of his Undead Army. The war was over long before it began, with thousands dying in the Tyrant's embed, only to return as his undead servants, bound by magic. A few surviving warriors are embedded in what's left of their homeland, tirelessly seeking a way to turn the tide against the tyrannical Tyrant. Lead a great revolution, defeat the Undead Army and return the monstrous ruler back to the sea prisons where he spawned.

Tyrant's Blessing is a tactical turn-based game where your ability to plan, adapt and strategize is more important than minimizing or maximizing your units or finding the sharpest sword in the land. Select battles every day, make challenging decisions and use these insurgents' strengths wisely to defeat the undead hordes and, who knows, just who knows, bring Tyberia back to life.

Highlights

Before taking the battle to the Tyrant's Door, you'll need to live long enough to retake the island.

• Decide between fighting, rescuing the living from the undead, or gathering strength. Every choice matters every day of ascension.
• As you make your way through Tyberia, face random encounters that force you to make difficult decisions. Do you intervene and fight marauders, putting your warriors at risk? Do you try to save a child, risking valuable time and resources? Only your morals and your ideas can give the answer.

The Tyrant cannot be defeated without destroying a large army of undead. However, winning is more than simply trampling the enemy with all your might.

• Analyze combat and plan accordingly. Place warriors across the battlefield to gain strategic advantages.
• Always be aware of your surroundings: kick sand to block enemies' sight or jump over rocks and dodge under bushes to avoid enemy attacks.
• Reflect on the enemy: every attack is telegraphed, but beware, just moving leaves a shadow behind. That silhouette of a character can still be attacked if there's no way around it...
• Push enemies out of range and into obstacles, protect weaker warriors using those that take damage, as well as leverage a string of powerful elemental attacks using the environment. Brute strength works, but fight smart, not just your fists.

Each of your warriors has their own personality, property, and abilities. Who will you choose to face the danger?

• Recruit twenty holy heroes, each with a different set of skills that can dramatically change the course of any battle.
• But be aware: not all heroes appear during the game and not all are guaranteed to reach the end of that journey.
• Choose the right team for this mission. An assassin can succeed in confined spaces whereas an archer will suffer in confined spaces. Some heroes can even bring their familiars, which provide enough leverage to win a battle for the party.
