Redeem key Game

After your payment is approved, an activation code (also called a “key”) will be made available in your Nuuvem account. This code grants access to the content you purchased — such as a game, DLC, gift card, or other digital item.

 

🔑How to view your activation key

  1. Log in to your Nuuvem account.
  2. Go to the "Games" tab in the top menu.
  3. Click on the "i" (information) icon on the banner of the desired product.
  4. If it’s your first time trying to view the key, a security prompt will appear asking for your confirmation.

After this step, the activation key will be displayed.

 

💻On which platform can I activate my key?

Each key sold on Nuuvem is linked exclusively to a specific platform — for example:

  

 

Other activation platforms:

  • Epic Games
  • Ubisoft Connect
  • Battle.net
  • EA App
  • Xbox
  • PlayStation
  • Nintendo

The correct platform for activation will be shown in the “How do I activate my...” section, just below the displayed key. It is essential to follow the instructions in that section.

 

🚫Attention: keys are not compatible across platforms

It is not possible to activate a key from one platform on a different one. For example:

  • ❌A Steam key will not work on the Epic Games Store
  • ❌A Ubisoft Connect key will not work on Steam
  • ❌An Xbox key is not valid for PlayStation, and vice versa

If you attempt to activate a key on a platform different from the one indicated, the activation will fail, and the code may be marked as used, rendering it unusable — and it will not be possible to recover or exchange it.

 

🔒Important information

  • Each key can only be activated once.
  • Activation permanently links the content to the account of the platform where it was redeemed.
  • Once activated, the content cannot be transferred to another account or platform.
